Liisberg Bronze Giraffe

Hugo Liisberg, Denmark 1957. Dramatic bronze cast of a giraffe mid-stride. Incredibly natural pose is accented by the excellent patina. Excellent original condition. Sold en suite with Danish zooilogical text "Dyrebar Zoologisk Have og Kunstnerne", with a wonderful two page photograph of Liisberg working clay original, while being visited by a friendly giraffe. 15 1/2" H.
